1 Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash on Knickerbocker Road in San Angelo

One Injured in San Angelo Three-Vehicle Crash on Knickerbocker Road near Southland Boulevard

San Angelo, Texas (December 4, 2021) – One person was injured Friday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the police.

The crash occurred on December 3, on Knickerbocker Road near Southland Boulevard.

Police said a maroon Ford SUV and a black Cadillac were traveling northeast on Knickerbocker and were slowing down as they approached the red light. 

A silver Mazda was also traveling northeast on Knickerbocker, and the driver failed to slow down in time and hit the Cadillac.

The force of the impact pushed the Cadillac into the Ford SUV.

The Cadillac driver was taken to Shannon Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Mazda driver was cited for failure to control speed.

The crash remains under investigation.
