One Killed and Two Hospitalized after Williamson County Two-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 138 near Briggs
Williamson County, Texas (March 12, 2019) – One person was killed, and two others were injured Monday night in a two-vehicle crash at a Williamson County highway, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash took place at about 11:50 p.m. March 11, on SH 138 near Briggs.
Authorities said a jeep and a pickup truck collided for unknown reasons.
One person in the pickup was killed in the crash. Two people in the Jeep were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The highway was closed for several hours following the crash. It was later reopened at about 3:00 a.m.
An investigation is underway.
