Two Hospitalized after Corpus Christi Two-Vehicle Crash on Shoreline

Corpus Christi, Texas (March 3, 2020) – Two people were injured in a head-on collision Monday morning in Corpus Christi, according to the police.

The crash took place on Monday, March 2, on Shoreline.

According to the police, a woman said she was driving southbound on Shoreline when she reached down to pick up something, and when she looked up, she had entered the opposite lane where she crashed head-on into an SUV.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Officers said distracted driving was a factor in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
