One Injured in Dallas 5-Vehicle Crash on Dallas North Tollway near Northaven Road

Dallas, Texas (July 11, 2021) – One person was injured Saturday night in a multi-vehicle crash in Dallas, according to officials.

The crash happened around 8:30 p.m., on July 10, on the Dallas North Tollway near Northaven Road.

Officials said traffic had slowed on the tollway because of a stranded motorist.

A vehicle in the backup was hit, causing a chain reaction crash.

At least five vehicles were involved in the collision.

One person was taken to a local hospital in an unknown condition.

The crash closed the northbound lanes of the tollway for several hours.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
