One Injured in College Station Train Crash at Wellborn Road and South Dowling Road

College Station, Texas (December 14, 2021) – One person was injured Monday morning in a train crash in College Station, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 8:00 a.m., December 13, at the intersection of Wellborn Road and South Dowling Road.

Authorities said a semi-truck was hit by a northbound train at the intersection.

The semi-truck driver was taken to the hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

No other details were provided.

The Union Pacific and CSPD are investigating the crash.
