1 Killed in West Houston Motorcycle Accident on Westheimer near South Kirkwood Drive

Houston, Texas (October 23, 2019) – One person was killed Wednesday morning in a motorcycle accident in west Houston, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred around 6:00 a.m. on Westheimer near South Kirkwood Drive.

Police said a motorcycle and an SUV collided for unknown reasons near the intersection.

Both the motorcyclist and the SUV driver were taken to local hospitals where one of them was pronounced dead.

All eastbound lanes of Westheimer were closed following the crash.

An investigation is ongoing.
