Three Hospitalized after Sherman Car Accident at Junction Road and East U.S. Highway 82
Sherman, Texas (May 11, 2019) – Three people were hospitalized Friday afternoon after a two-car accident in Sherman, authorities said.
The wreck happened at about 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 10 at the intersection of Junction Road and East U.S. Highway 82.
According to the authorities, a pickup truck was turning onto US 82 when it failed to yield the right of way to an oncoming car. The two vehicles then collided at the intersection.
Both drivers of the vehicles and one passenger sustained unknown injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.
Cleaning and clearing operations were performed in the area.
The crash remains under investigation.
