One Killed and One Injured in NE Travis County Three-Vehicle Crash on Harris Branch Parkway

Travis County, Texas (February 14, 2022) – One person was killed, and another was injured Sunday night in a three-vehicle crash in northeast Travis County, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash occurred around 10:40 p.m., February 13, in the 12000 block of Harris Branch Parkway, south of East Parmer Lane.

Authorities said a Chevrolet and an Acura were traveling side-by-side when they collided. The Acura then traveled across the median onto oncoming traffic on Parmer Lane, collided with a Chevrolet, and caught fire.

The Acura driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another person was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with potentially serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
