One Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at South Abe and West Avenue D

San Angelo, Texas – One person was injured on Monday in a two-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on December 18, at the intersection of South Abe and West Avenue D.

According to the report, a black Equinox was traveling southbound in the far left lane on Abe while a tan passenger car was traveling southbound on Abe in the far right lane.

The tan passenger car attempted to left turn onto Avenue D from the far outside lane, cutting across traffic and it collided with the Equinox.

The driver of the passenger car was trapped and had to be extricated. The victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the tan passenger car might have been cited for improper lane use.

The crash remains under investigation.
