One Injured in Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on MoPac Expressway

Austin, Texas (March 1, 2022) – One person was injured Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Austin, according to the authorities.

The crash happened on February 28, at 3651-4311 N MoPac Expressway.

Authorities said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

One person was pinned and had to be rescued. The victim was taken to Dell Seton with potentially serious injuries.

The crash closed multiple northbound lanes on MoPac Expressway. The lanes have been reopened.

The crash remains under investigation.
