One Killed in West Austin Motorcycle Crash on FM 2222 and Mount Bonnell Road

Austin, Texas (August 18, 2019) – One person was killed and another injured in a motorcycle collision on Saturday night in west Austin, according to police.

The crash happened at about 10:20 p.m. Saturday, August 18, in the 5600 block of Mount Bonnell Road at FM 2222.

Police said a car and a motorcycle were involved in the crash.

At least one vehicle caught fire after the crash.

One person died at the scene while a second victim was hospitalized with critical injuries.
