Two Injured in Central Austin Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Austin, Texas (January 23, 2023) – Two people were injured Sunday evening in a multi-vehicle crash in Central Austin, according to officials.

The crash happened around 6:45 p.m., January 22, in the 3400 block of the lower deck of Interstate 35.

Officials said the crash involved seven to eight vehicles.

Two adults were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

No other information was available.

The crash remains under investigation.
