Two Injured in Sheldon Big Rig Crash on Beaumont Highway near Miller Road

Sheldon, Texas (December 2, 2020) – Two people were injured in a head-on collision Tuesday evening near Sheldon, according to officials.

The crash happened just before 7:00 p.m., December 1, on Beaumont Highway near Miller Road.

Officials said two big rigs collided head-on on the highway, causing the cab of one of them to slam into the game room of a convenience store.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No one in the store was injured.

The crash remains under investigation.
