One Killed in Manor Crash on State Highway 130 near FM 973

Manor, Texas (April 14, 2022) – One person was killed and three other people were injured in a fiery car crash on Thursday in Manor, according to a local news source.

The deadly collision happened on State Highway 130 near FM 973.

As per the report, two vehicles collided under unclear circumstances. Both vehicles caught fire after the impact.

Fire crews responded to the scene of the accident and extinguished the fire.

Sadly, one person died at the scene. The three other people were taken to nearby hospitals, one with serious injuries and another with potentially serious injuries.

Authorities blocked FM 973 northbound between Hog Eye Road and SH-130 toll due to the crash. Motorists were urged to seek alternate routes.

No further details were immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
