1 Killed, 7 Injured in Chain-Reaction Crash on State Highway 121 in Trenton

One Killed, Seven Injured in Trenton Crash on State Highway 121 near Fannin/Collin County Line

Trenton, Texas (June 1, 2022) – One person was killed and seven other people were injured in a chain-reaction crash Monday night in Trenton, police said.

The fatal crash happened just before 10:00 p.m. Monday, May 30 on State Highway 121 near Fannin/Collin county line.

According to the police, seven vehicles were involved in the crash.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another person was airlifted to a hospital in unknown condition and six others were taken by ambulance to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Further details regarding the crash were not immediately provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
