Man Killed in Austin Collision on Interstate 35

Austin, Texas (May 13, 2019) – One person died in a fatal traffic collision in North Austin early Sunday morning, according to the Austin Police Department.
The collision, which was reported just after 4 a.m. Sunday, May 12, occurred in the 11000 block of I-35 near the Braker Lane exit.
Police said multiple vehicles were involved in the collision.
One person, identified as a man in his 20s, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not immediately released.
Two other people sustained minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
