One Killed in SE Austin Pedestrian Accident on Burleson Road

Austin, Texas (December 2, 2023) – According to officials, a pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle early Saturday morning in southeast Austin.

The deadly accident happened just before 2:00 a.m., in the 4900 block of Burleson Road.

Officials said a vehicle reportedly hit a person on the roadway. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other details were provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
