1 Seriously Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on NW Loop 410 in San Antonio

One Seriously Injured in San Antonio Three-Vehicle Crash on NW Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (December 2, 2023) – One person was seriously injured early Friday morning in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio’s northeast side, according to the police.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m., December 1, on NW Loop 410.

Police said a red sedan was traveling the wrong way on the fly-over ramp on the loop towards IH 10 West when it struck a black truck.

The sedan rolled back and hit a white box truck.

A passenger in the sedan was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

The sedan driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for Intoxication Assault. The driver of the black truck was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

The police are investigating the crash.
