18-Year-Old Man Killed in Laredo Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35

Laredo, Texas (March 3, 2020) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a vehicle Sunday afternoon in Laredo, according to a news source.

The accident happened around 3:20 p.m. March 1, on Interstate 35 near the checkpoint near mile marker 29.

According to a preliminary investigation, an 18-year-old man was crossing the highway when he was hit by a northbound 2019 BMW.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
