Midland, Texas – Two people were killed and another was injured on Monday in a head-on collision in Midland, according to officials.

The fatal crash happened on April 8, at the intersection of State Highway 349 and Craddick Highway.

Officials said two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection.

Two people were killed in the crash. Another person was extricated and taken to the hospital for treatment.

No further details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
