Three Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Marbach Road near Cable Ranch Road

San Antonio, Texas – Three people were injured Friday afternoon in a head-on collision in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened just after 1:00 p.m., February 16, on Marbach Road near Cable Ranch Road.

Police said a Chevy Tahoe and a Kia Soul were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles crossed the median and crashed head-on into the other vehicle.

The two people in the Tahoe and a woman in the Kia were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers believe distracted driving might have been a factor in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
