3 Injured in Semi-Truck on U.S. 54 in NE El Paso

Three Injured in NE El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash at Gateway North Boulevard (U.S. 54) and Diana Drive

El Paso, Texas (July 21, 2021) – Three people were injured Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in northeast El Paso, according to the police.

The crash was reported around 2:00 p.m., July 20, in the area of Gateway North Boulevard (U.S. 54) and Diana Drive.

Police said a semi-truck and a car were involved in the collision.

Two people in the car sustained minor injuries, while the truck driver sustained moderate injuries. All three victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The crash closed all lanes of US 54 for several hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
