1 Killed, 1 Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on Dallas North Tollway in Dallas

One Killed and One Injured in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash on Dallas North Tollway

Dallas, Texas (July 14, 2021) – According to the troopers, one person was killed, and another was injured early Wednesday morning in a wrong-way crash in Dallas.

The fatal crash happened around 12:12 a.m., on the Dallas North Tollway, near Mockingbird.

Troopers said a white Saturn sedan was traveling northbound in the southbound lane when it struck a black Mercedes sedan.

The Saturn driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

The Mercedes driver, a woman, was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The crash closed all the southbound lanes. The lanes were reopened around 6:00 a.m.

The crash remains under investigation.
