Three Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on NW Loop 410 at Fredericksburg Road

San Antonio, Texas (May 15, 2022) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday night in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened on May 13, at the intersection of NW Loop 410 access Road and Fredericksburg Road.

Police said a gray 2007 Ford Mustang was traveling northbound on Fredericksburg when it ran the red light and crashed into a vehicle that was traveling westbound on Loop 410.

Three family members in the westbound vehicle, ages 56, 14, and 16 were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The Mustang driver fled the scene but was later located by officers at his residence. He was arrested for Failure to Stop and Render Aid.

The police are investigating the crash.
