One Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 281 in Longview

Driver Hospitalized after Longview Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 281 near Alpine Road

Longview, Texas (March 20, 2020) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Longview, according to the Longview Fire Department.

The crash happened around 4:00 p.m. March 19, on Loop 281 near Alpine Road.

Officials said two vehicles collided, causing one of them to flip onto its side.

One of the drivers was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The crash closed Loop 281 westbound near Alpine Road. Traffic was rerouted.

The crash remains under investigation.
