47-Year-Old Woman Killed in Aransas Pass Pedestrian Accident on S. Commercial Street

Aransas Pass, Texas (December 27, 2019) – A 47-year-old woman was killed in a pedestrian accident Thursday night in Aransas Pass, according to the police.

The accident happened just after 8:00 p.m. on December 26, in the 600 block of S. Commercial Street.

Police said the woman was walking just outside the crosswalk when she was hit by a vehicle driven by a 66-year-old man.

The man stopped and rendered aid to the victim. He cooperated with the investigators.

The woman was sadly declared dead at the scene.

The police are investigating the crash.
