Six Injured in South Bexar County Crash on I-35 South near Loop 1604

Bexar County, Texas (February 4, 2019) – A multi-car accident involving a wrong-way driver left several people hospitalized in South Bexar County early Monday morning, according to the deputies.
The accident occurred at about 1:30 a.m. on I-35 South near Loop 1604.
Deputies said three vehicles were involved. A Dodge Charger traveling the wrong way collided with an oncoming van and another car.
Six women were transported to hospitals with serious injuries.
It’s unclear whether the wrong way driver was taken into custody.
The deputies are investigating the incident.
