Man Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Hillcroft Avenue
Houston, Texas (September 1, 2021) – According to the police, a 51-year-old man was killed in a rear-end crash Tuesday afternoon in Houston.
The crash happened around 1:25 p.m., August 31, in the 7200 block of Hillcroft Avenue.
Police said they received a report about a man assaulting his wife, and when they responded, they found the man had fled northbound in a gray Honda Accord. The man failed to control his speed and rear-ended a Ford F450 tow truck.
The man was taken to Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The Ford driver was uninjured in the crash.
The man’s wife was taken to a local hospital for the injuries she sustained during the assault.
The police are conducting the investigation.
