Abed-Isaac Pierre Killed in Richardson Crash on US 75 near Belt Line Road

Richardson, Texas – According to the police, one person was killed and two others were injured early Monday in a crash in Richardson.

The fatal crash happened around 1:15 a.m., February 12, in the 100 block of North Central Expressway (U.S. 75) near the Belt Line Road.

Police said a Lexus sedan was traveling northbound when it struck a center concrete barrier, disabling the vehicle. Both the driver and the passenger exited the car. A northbound Honda sedan later struck the Lexus, spun, and hit the passenger who was standing in the roadway.

The passenger, 32-year-old Abed-Isaac Pierre of Florida, was pronounced dead at the scene. Both drivers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash closed all northbound lanes of the highway for several hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
