Alviar Ambrociosolis Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Loop 410 and Airlift Avenue

San Antonio, Texas (July 29, 2020) – The man who was fatally struck by a vehicle Saturday night in San Antonio’s West Side has been identified as Alviar Ambrociosolis, 64, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The deadly accident happened around 9:30 p.m., July 26, in the eastbound lanes of Loop 410 at Airlift Avenue.

Police said Ambrociosolis was attempting to cross the eastbound lanes of Loop 410 when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver stopped to render aid and said he didn’t see Ambrociosolis until the last second before impact.

Ambrociosolis was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are investigating the crash.
