Claborn Joiner Killed in Killeen Bicycle Accident on Florence Road near Brookway Drive

Killeen, Texas (November 6, 2022) – A bicyclist was killed Friday evening in a crash in Killeen, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just after 7:30 p.m., November 4, on Florence Road near Brookway Drive.

Police said Claborn Joiner, 47, was riding his bicycle southbound on the northbound shoulder when he suddenly turned and entered the roadway and was struck by a northbound white Lincoln MKZ.

Joiner was pronounced dead at the scene.

No additional information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
