Anita Sanchez Killed in Lamesa Pedestrian Accident on Bryan Avenue

Lamesa, Texas (September 13, 2023) – A woman was killed early Monday morning in a pedestrian accident in Lamesa, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just before 7:00 a.m., September 11, in the 200 block of Bryan Avenue.

Police said Anita Sanchez, 76, of Lamesa, was involved in a pedestrian accident and was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other details were provided.

The Lamesa Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety are investigating the crash.
