Man Hit, Killed by Car on General McMullen in San Antonio

Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on General McMullen

San Antonio, Texas (January 23, 2023) – A man, between the age of 55 to 65, was fatally hit by a car Sunday morning in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 11:40 a.m., January 22, in the 300 block of S General McMullen.

Police said the man was crossing the street heading westbound when he was struck by an SUV that was backing out.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The SUV driver stopped to render aid.

The police are investigating the crash.
