Bethel Gebrekidan Killed and Three Injured in Frisco Three-Vehicle Crash on SH 121 near Ohio Drive

 Frisco, Texas (May 8, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed, and three others were injured Thursday night in a wrong-way crash in Frisco.

The fatal crash was reported around 11:00 p.m., May 6, in the 9900 block of southbound State Highway 121 near Ohio Drive.

Police said a vehicle driven by Bethel Gebrekidan, 21, was heading northbound in the southbound lanes when it crashed head-on into another vehicle.

A third vehicle then rear-ended the southbound vehicle.

Gebrekidan was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The driver and passenger of the vehicle that was hit head-on were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The driver of the third vehicle was treated and released at the scene.
