Brandon Hadnot Killed in Beech Grove Three-Vehicle Crash on Highway 190

Beech Grove, Texas – One person was killed Thursday morning in a three-vehicle crash in the Beech Grove community, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 11:45 a.m., February 15, on Highway 190 west of Jasper.

DPS said a Ford F-250 towing an RV was traveling westbound, and was being followed by a Ford Flex, while a Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling eastbound.

The Chevrolet crossed over into the oncoming lane, causing the Ford F-250 to take evasive action to the right. The Chevrolet struck the RV and side-swiped the Ford Flex, then drove into the ditch and hit multiple trees.

The driver of the Ford F-250, 62-year-old John Ishee of Beaumont, was not injured. 

The driver of the Ford Flex, 34-year-old Seth Perry of Beaumont, and four passengers, including three children, a 2-year-old, a 4-year-old, and a 7-year-old, were uninjured in the crash. 

The driver of the Chevrolet, 39-year-old Brandon Hadnot of Jasper, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
