Brandon Ortega, Lynn Ortega Die in Odessa Crash on West Loop 338 and Murphy
Odessa, Texas (January 27, 2020) – Two people were killed in a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Saturday night in Odessa, according Odessa police.
The deadly crash happened on West Loop 338 and Murphy at about 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 25.
Police said a black Toyota Tacoma heading south on West Loop 338 crossed into the path of oncoming traffic and collided with a northbound Dodge Ram 2500.
The driver and passenger of the Toyota, 41-year-old Brandon Ortega and 42-year-old Lynn Ortega, were both pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The Odessa Police Department is conducting an investigation into the collision.
