Carl Spivey III Killed in Missouri City Two-Vehicle Crash on Lake Olympia Parkway; Ashley Maslak Charged

Missouri City, Texas (March 24, 2022) – A teenager was killed on March 12 in a crash with a suspected drunk driver in Missouri City, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 8:30 p.m., on Lake Olympia Parkway.

Authorities said 38-year-old Ashley Maslak failed to stop while turning into a neighborhood and collided with another car driven by Carl Spivey III, 18.

Spivey was killed in the crash.

Maslak was charged with murder. She is out on bond and is due back in court on April 25.

An investigation is underway.
