Child Critically Injured in Orange Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 87

Orange, Texas (November 2, 2020) – A child was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday evening in Orange, a local news source reported.

The crash happened around 7:20 p.m., October 31, in the 1700 block of Highway 87.

According to the report, a truck with several passengers was rear-ended by another vehicle on the highway.

A child, who was one of the passengers in the truck, was airlifted to the hospital with critical injuries.

The crash closed Highway 87, but it has since been reopened.

The crash remains under investigation.
