Kevin Kirklin Killed in West Orange Pedestrian Accident on Western Avenue

Orange, Texas (August 2, 2023) – The man who was killed last week in a pedestrian accident in West Orange has been identified as Kevin Earl Kirklin, 43, of Orange, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 9:00 p.m., July 27, in the 1600 block of Western Avenue.

Authorities said Kirklin was struck and killed by a vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
