Christopher Sean Kret Killed in San Antonio Motorcycle Crash on Nacogdoches Road near Judson Road

San Antonio, Texas (September 11, 2020) – The man who was killed in a motorcycle crash Tuesday night in San Antonio’s Northeast Side has been identified as Christopher Sean Kret,48, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The fatal crash happened around 11:50 p.m., September 8, in the 15100 block of Nacogdoches Road near Judson Road.

Police said Kret was waiting at a traffic light on the northbound lanes of Nacogdoches Road in his motorcycle when a Nissan 350Z started to rev its engine. Kret also revved his engine, and when the light turned green, both vehicles sped off.

The Nissan turned into a shopping center near the light, but Kret continued speeding off. A Toyota Sienna that was traveling southbound on Nacogdoches Road moved into the center turn lane to turn left into a subdivision and was hit by the motorcycle.

Kret was thrown off the motorcycle into the air and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.

We pass our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Christopher Sean Kret.

Because motorcyclists are vulnerable, their injuries are usually severe, often suffering from road rash, broken bones, brain injuries, amputations, or spinal cord injuries. In some cases, the accident results in death.
