Cody Baggerly ID’d as Man Killed in Granbury Multi-Vehicle Crash on FM 51 (Granbury Highway)
Granbury, Texas (September 22, 2019) – The man who was killed in a multi-vehicle crash Friday evening in Granbury has been identified as Cody Baggerly,32, according to the authorities.
The crash took place around 5:45 p.m. September 20, on FM 51 (Granbury Highway).
Authorities said Michael Thomas, 47, was driving a 2007 Dodge Caravan northbound on the highway when he tried to make a U-turn in front of oncoming traffic and was hit by a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Ashley Kiesling,30.
Baggerly, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, was ejected and was declared dead at the scene.
Kiesling was taken to Weatherford hospital in unknown condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
