Daniel Rodriguez ID’d as Man Killed in Kyle Motorcycle Accident on FM 150 West near Sonic

Kyle, Texas (July 9, 2019) – The man who was killed Sunday night in a traffic accident in Kyle has been identified as Daniel Rodriguez, 41.

The deadly accident occurred at about 10:40 p.m. Sunday, July 7 on FM 150 West near the Sonic.

According to police, Rodriguez was riding his motorcycle westbound when for an unknown reason he drifted off the road and slammed into a trailer that was parked in the grass.

Rodriguez, who was not wearing a helmet at the time, was transported to Ascension/Seton Hays where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The road was shut down until around 2:00 a.m. as authorities investigated the crash.
