David Tellez Fatally Hit by Multiple Vehicles on I-37 near Fair Avenue in San Antonio
30-Year-Old David Tellez ID’d as Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Crash on I-37
San Antonio, Texas (July 6, 2019) – The man who was struck and killed by multiple vehicles on Wednesday night on San Antonio’s South Side has been identified as David Tellez, 30, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The incident took place at about 10 p.m. Wednesday, July3, on I-37 near Fair Avenue.
Authorities said Tellez was walking on I-37 when he was hit by at least three vehicles.
One of the involved drivers remained at the scene.
Tellez was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police are looking for the drivers who failed to stop after the incident.
