One Killed in Leander Two-Vehicle Crash at Ronald Reagan Boulevard and Hero Way

Leander, Texas (December 20, 2019) – A driver was killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon at a Leander intersection, according to the police.

The fatal crash occurred around 12:05 p.m. December 19, at the intersection of Hero Way and Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

Police said a 2013 Acura was traveling on Hero Way when it crossed into the southbound lanes of Ronald Reagan Boulevard, and in a try to turn northbound, it hit a southbound 2005 Ford Explorer SUV.

The Acura driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The Ford driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
