Eddie Aguilar and One Other Driver Injured in Corpus Christi Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 44 and Violet Road

Corpus Christi, Texas (March 7, 2020) – Two people were injured in a DWI accident Thursday night in Corpus Christi, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred just before 8:00 p.m. March 5, on Highway 44 and Violet Road.

DPS said Eddie Aguilar, 21, ran a stop sign and struck another vehicle, causing it to roll over.

Aguilar attempted to flee the scene but was arrested.

Aguilar and the other driver were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
