29-Year-Old Raven Loehr Killed in Sherman Pedestrian Accident on FM 1417

Sherman, Texas (April 22, 2019) – A woman died after an accident where she was hit by a vehicle in Sherman on Friday night, according to a police report.
The crash happened around 9:15 p.m. Friday, April 19, on FM 1417 near the Park Manor apartments.
According to the report, 29-year-old Denison woman Raven Loehr was attempting to walk across FM 1417 when a southbound SUV struck her.
The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
It’s unclear whether the driver involved stayed at the scene after the accident.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
