Erica Heredia and David Smith Injured in San Antonio Car Crash

San Antonio, Texas (September 7, 2021) – A couple was injured on Saturday in a head-on collision in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on August 4. The exact location of the crash was not mentioned in the report.

According to the report, Erica Heredia and David Smith were driving to a convenience store to pickup some soft drinks when they were involved in a head-on collision on their way home.

Heredia and Smith were taken to Mission Trail Baptist Hospital for treatment. 

Heredia, who was pregnant, sustained stomach injuries and had to go into labor early, before her due date, which was later this month. The couple welcomed their baby boy, Zacari Smith, on Saturday.
