One Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Telephone Road

Houston, Texas (November 4, 2022) – A person was killed Wednesday morning in a pedestrian accident in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:55 a.m., November 2, in the 8300 block of Telephone Road.

Police said a male was in the roadway when he failed to yield the right of way to traffic and was struck by a southbound black Jeep Renegade.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The Jeep driver, a 24-year-old man, remained at the scene and was determined not to be impaired.

The police are investigating the crash.
