Falfurrias Toddler Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 77 in Kleberg County

3-Year-Old Falfurrias Girl Killed in Kleberg County Crash on U.S. Highway 77

Kleberg County, Texas (December 1, 2022) – A 3-year-old Falfurrias girl was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Kleberg County last week on Monday, according to the Department of Public Safety.

The deadly crash took place on U.S. Highway 77 on Monday, November 21.

DPS said a Nissan was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 77 when it t-boned a Hyundai that was attempting to cross the southbound lane to turn northbound onto U.S. Highway 77. After the impact, the Hyundai went airborne and spin several times

The toddler who was a passenger in the Hyundai was taken to Driscoll Children’s Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries the following day. The adult victims were taken to Christus Spohn Hospital.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
