Woman Killed in West Odessa Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on West 42nd and Cypress Avenue

Odessa, Texas (February 15, 2020) – A woman was killed Friday night in a hit-and-run crash in West Odessa, according to the deputies.

The accident happened around 9:30 p.m. on February 14, in the area of West 42nd and Cypress Avenue.

Deputies said the woman was struck by an SUV at the intersection.

The SUV driver fled the scene without rendering aid.

The woman was killed in the crash. Her name has not been released.

No further details were provided.

An investigation is underway.
